These recordings were exclusively made for the Durium Products (Great Britain) Limited licensed Jul. 13th 1931, but mind that there are American (New York) (for export) and European (Slough, UK) versions. |
| Chick Bullock ( 1908-19810, the famous American crooner, who had an exclusive contract for ARC (= AMERICAN RECORD COMPANY) recorded illegally six titles with Phil Spitalny with the provision that they should never be issued in the USA. |

The purpose of these recordings, recorded in the US and shipped to Europe (the most common type was "printed" in the new durium factory in Slough) was to make a start with the new weekly (Friday) regular EN-series, that started March 1932 with a great advertisement campaign. The US-made version has the logo in capitals; the European version in small letters. |
